The Job

As a Bunzl Driver, you’ll make daily deliveries from a distribution center to customers along a standard route. Your day starts and ends early–normally by mid-afternoon, so you’re off evenings and weekends.

At each stop, you’ll unload an order and sometimes pick up a backhaul. Regular routes and customers mean you get to know where you’re going and whom you’re serving, so you can build a great rapport and keep up Bunzl’s reputation for outstanding service.

The Qualifications

  • Valid CDL-A
  • 2 years of experience in commercial transportation or a certification from an accredited truck driving school
  • HAZMAT endorsement or ability to get it within 60 days of hire
  • Double/Triple Trailer Endorsements, preferred
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Ability and willingness to work varying routes and required overtime as assigned by Supervisor
  • Must be able to lift heavy objects with or without reasonable accommodation (occasionally 60-75 lbs)
  • Previous experience with Automatic On-Board Recording Devices (otherwise known as XATA and OmniTRAC)
